Our Philosophy
Leadership
L - Leadership through Learning
Promote the culture of continuous learning, and use evidence or data on learners’ achievement to make decisions. Creates a learner-centered environment within an organization. “Curiosity is the wick in the candle of learning.” – William Arthur Ward
Inspire
I – Inspire
Allow others to influence and motivate you. Eventually, it’s easier to know from others before you. As a society, the best we can do is assist in establishing these important conditions for everyone. “The secret of getting ahead is getting started.” – Mark Twain
Feeling
F – Feeling
We can influence how you feel. Information and prior knowledge are used to make decisions, which lead to how we respond. “All our dreams can come true if we dare to pursue them.” – Walt Disney
Equality
E- Equality
We promote positive relationships with all people, regardless of race, religion, age, gender, disability status, or any other aspect of diversity. “As long as we set up equality, we’ll go in the right direction.” – Venus Williams

The Evolutionary Path of Training
Throughout history, training evolved from primitive on-the-job learning to sophisticated methods. Prehistoric adults passed skills to children, setting the stage for structured approaches like "tell, show, do" in 5th Century China. Greek philosophers like Socrates used questioning, while Aristotle advocated repetition. Middle Ages saw apprenticeships flourish, leading to structured mentorship. Prussians integrated "games" into military training, emphasizing scenario-based learning. Industrial revolution popularized formal classroom training. J.L. Moreno introduced roleplaying in 1930, enhancing readiness. World War 1 brought Job Instruction Training (JIT) in 1939. The 1980s saw Computer Based Training (CBT) emergence. By the 1990s, Job Support and e-learning tools empowered employees.
